Wanted to mention as well that Nurse is skating as well as he has in years. he pulled a Bobby Orr on Monday. Seems like nobody even mentioned it. Once again he took puck behind his net, got on his harley and just cruised past the entire LA team defenders just waving at him. he made it look easy. Quite an impressive play and he's been pulling that out of his trick bag. Nurse a huge factor in series. We need him. What a season he's had.

Our best players this season have been Drai, McD, Nurse, in that order. The way the payscales go.

I hope you're right obviously, and hope you put lots of money on your ultra confident prognosis. But the roster, home ice advantage, and injury situation is vastly different than that nail biting 7 game series win.

That Prime broadcast was like nails scratching on a board. Completely amateurish in every way, but I guess Rogers loves the coin they get for farming it out to them.

It sure was. But like I said the fools didn't even bother to select the right broadcast to give us. Either prime trying to stick us intentionally with the LA broadcast or not bothering to even switch to the TNT neutral broadcast of same game. I'm not a huge TNT fan but it was of course miles better.

Agreed on Nurse. Still has that propensity to pull a stupid move out of his ass now and then, but overall he's been solid. And should mention that Kulak is back to his earlier form as well. We'll be leaning on both of them heavily with Ek out.

I posted this in another thread but figured I'd put it here too. Amazon Prime broadcast is such a shitty service that as you all know they gave this market the wrong broadcast. In our home game. It was as everybody realized the Kings broadcast they were piping instead of the TNT broadcast. I got a chance to listen to the TNT broadcast of same game. It was balanced, fair, and was much easier listening. They had completely different takes on the game, the Nurse sequence, and acknowledged throughout that the result was not indicative at all because of all the Oilers missing. Completely different experience listening to that stream.

Prime was f***ing with us. They don't even care enough about their product to give a Canadian market the optimal broadcast. Something that any pirate would provide....

Yeah I’m not a fan if this streaming shit. The game feed was so choppy and the wheel of death kept popping up. Turned it off after 2 minutes. f*** that. Knew we were losing anyway - we never win on Amazon game night and for them not to have our broadcasters - they can F right off.

I was not a Foegele fan but I appreciate players that can at least get to 20 goal or 50pt milestones. They still matter. I wanted Foegele gone until the last season which was his best season here. he's a bit of a late bloomer and finally having a better and more consistent work ethic starting last season.

Sure he's not a player that will impact win/loss on many nights but that goes for 80-90% of players.

I don't know whats served by stuff like the bolded either. You shitting on your own team board?

Yes, there was nothing more infuriating than watching a guy with a laser shot, blazing speed, and huge frame play like a p***y.

They were getting sporadic and very little time with him. Arvid is stapled with Drai. Perhaps a difference. McLeod and Foegele also had more pts than Arvid last season and this season.

Foegele scored in the first game of the playoffs last year and had an assist in game 2. After that I stopped checking as you'd already been misinformed.

At least be somewhat accurate.

Yeah. But the trouble in this roster is theres some blackhole production spots depending what line you're and linemates. That was factor last season and continues to be this season. As good as guys like Janmark, Brown etc might be defensively they weren't getting squat production, and if you spend anytime with those guys not getting it either.
