Preparing PHASE TWO!
That's overstating it by quite a bit. They were completely incapable of the big play for much of the season, but they still controlled the ball quite well, didn't put their defense in bad spots, and got drives when they needed them. They were better on offense this year than they were last year. Today is completely uncharacteristic of how they've played all year.Chiefs offense has been ass all year, yet despite them rolling all over us, the morning after our loss the guys (and callers) on Wgr were revving up the WR train again.
EDIT: They finished the regular season 5th in offensive DVOA - only behind Baltimore, Buffalo, Detroit, and Green Bay.
