John has really started leaning into the goofiness with Tripp over the last couple of years. It's fun to watch.

Late last season I told a friend who is a casual fan about how John and Tripp are one of the best duos around.Unprompted a couple weeks later he fully agreed and was disappointed in having to watch the national broadcasts during the playoffs. John and Tripp are one of my favorite things about the team

The second that John started to play along with Tripp, the pair went from a bit of an awkward Odd Couple to one of the best local tandems in all of sports broadcasting. Giving into Tripp's goofiness has only made Forslund better.
