Dark mode seems to work on mobile browsers. We're trying to figure things out in Flyerdom and no one seems to have an issue on mobile, it's desktop causing confusion

Hey about 35% of the standard HF theme was made by a network engineer
not sure that's better!

I'd join in as I have pretensions of being a full-stack developer owing to reading CSS v1 specs religiously in college (y'all think I'm weird now? ) but I don't have access to the admin control panel here, and, y'know, really, I'm content with that as an excuse to not do additional work.

I've seen countless forums change over the years (here and elsewhere) and everytime, EVERYONE hates the change. Then over time they get use to it, until the next change when they also hate it.

Let the admins work on the theme, use the forum for a few weeks after that and you won't even remember what the old one looked like

On That Other Forum I Help Admin, I mitigated it by making all negative reactions worth 0.

But I know your reasoning for not caring for 'em and agree, so I'ma let it go.

We could have a 10 point gradient scale of thumbs up vs thumbs down and give everyone 25 maximum points per day, let's just go nuts!

Yeah, me too. I'm just disabling my adblocker for the time being as there's no actual ads being displayed. Once they do start getting displayed, that's when I plan to be much more grumpy about it.

I hear it's going back to what it was, and change isn't the crux of the issue. It's change to something that looks like every other site. Like another alternate jersey that's black.
