Yeah, I posted it because it makes fun of the fact that he isn't funny, and because he pretends to want to be in a comedy, and now he actually is in one. It just seemed relevant.

Idk, ripping someone's arms off and beating them with them doesn't seem original or funny or like something that belongs in a Naked Gun movie.

The reception online and at CinemaCon was overwhelmingly positive for the teaser.

On Paramount Pictures' Youtube channel the trailer has about 8 and a half million views, 90K likes and 4,2K dislikes.

It could easily be set in the 2040s for all we know. I'm still very skeptical of the overall product.

This one I'm skeptical about but willing to give it a chance. I don't think you're going to find someone to just recreate Leslie Nielsen/Frank Drebin, so I like that they have the confidence to switch it up leaning into what Liam Neeson brings.

This is going to be beyond awful and an embarrassment to a legendary film trilogy. Liam Neeson can be a very good dramatic actor when he wants to be but he doesn't have even a drop of the comedic talent that Leslie Nielsen did. That trailer wasn't even remotely funny.
