My band just went into the studio this weekend to record our first album; all original rock/soul/funk tunes.
We are a bunch of old guys having fun, and aren't counting on the royalty checks to fund our retirement, but we are having a blast playing shows, writing music and having a good time!

Maybe so, but for my money, Neil Young and Pancho Sampedro were even better...All of my favorite songs of his with the Horse were with Frankie on guitar....
Little known fact.....This song was supposed to be recorded by Lynyrd Skynyrd on their next album. When that didn't happen because of the plane crash, he recorded it himself on Rust. Its still one of my favorite songs of his. I have a hard time imagining Skynyrd doing it...

Out of Central CT...and we play at local breweries, bars etc. and are playing for a benefit concert in September.
We are also working on playing in the atrium before an AHL game in Hartford...maybe we could get called up to a pre game gig at the TD Garden before a Bruins game if all goes well
