We would bump into at times when he was rehearsing at Sony Studios for his next tour. He seemed like a nice guy, not real talkative but a nice guy none the less.
My daughter loved him. When she was really young (first grade) I promised her if she did well in school, I would take her to a Summer concert.
When she was 7, we went to see Tom and the Heartbreakers at Great Woods. We had seats 3 rows / center from the stage. We saw him many times since. She took me to his last year's concert. She will be 45 on Oct 12th




I still know all of the words to American Pie
