I said it on twitter, but I'll say it again, I'm really glad you're doing the same thing for McCarron as you did for Galchenyuk.

I was really holding out for McCarron to go to London. Had he chosen to stay in the States, I wouldn't have been able to watch much - if any at all. Now, the question is... if DLR gets to go to Windsor, do I kill myself and pull double duty?

Oh he was obviously talking about you... How did you not get that? Especially the part where he said that you're doing the same thing you did last year with Galchenyuk...

Did i ask you? No.

Seems like you're pretty obsessed with De La Rose? Eh
Have you ever even seen him play? hahha

I hope for Mccaron that he gets to play at the NHL level one day whether it's with the habs or not.

Here's the list of all the 25th overall picks from 2004 to 2010

Rob Schremp - 114 NHL games played over 7 seasons 20g 34a 54pts played the last three seasons in europe and the KHL (amazing at skills competition though)
Andrew Cogliano- 458 NHL games played 83g 112a 195pts
Patrik Berglund- 358 NHL games played 92g 96g 188pts
Patrick White - Plays hockey in Germany and never played a single AHL or NHL game
Greg Nemisz - 15 NHL games played over 2 seasons total 0g 1a 1pts played the last two seasons in the AHL exclusively
Jordan Caron- 71 NHL games played over 2 seasons total 10g 12a 22pts played the last two seasons in the AHL exclusively
Quinton Howden - 18 NHL games played last season 0g 0a 0pts

So let's all remember that in no way is Mccaron predicted to be a top 2 line forward at the moment and that there is no reason to get excited about him, thus why I have trouble understanding why everyone is getting all hyped up...

Totally obsessed, I stalked the hell out of him when he was here at training camp. I guess having an avatar of a hockey player on a hockey message board is being obsessed. Strong logic.

All about projection:

- Does he have the tools?
- Does he have the work ethic?
- Is he on the best -- or one of the best -- routes to get to the next level?

Let's face it, he's a BIG boy that works hard, skates well enough (could be better though), and excels in the dirty areas. He wants to get better and better and now he is heading over to London where Hunter is going to make sure this kid learns the ropes to hard way. He's going to be learning new things every way and if he can piece everything together, the Habs have a HUGE winger that plays tough, in your face style AND scores goals too.

Hard not to get excited about that, 25th overall or 5th overall.

What made you choose 04-10? I was looking for Anthony Stewart, and then i was like oh wait he was the 25th pick in 03 :huh::cheers:

@grindnmuck

Funny that you say he has poor hands. Many of the comments from coaches have included praise for his hands. Id agree he is a project, but he certainly not as far behind as you say. Time will tell I suppose. Looking forward to McCarron watch!

Yeah must not feel great for guys like Schremp or Stewart to eventually realize that there's no way for their dream of getting the big contract with all the millions attached to ever become reality.

That they now have to play hockey for between 36K to 200K in the AHL.

Just stop. He has nothing like praise's hands. If you've never seen him play, you have no word

This shows just how much you know about hockey, just stop.

I bet i know way more about hockey then you, Well clearly i do because i have been right on this thread. And im sure most of the people on this site, no stuff about hockey. Because if they don't or cant handle a conversation about hockey on here, they wouldn't ever make an account.

So everyone here knows about hockey.

Thanks, De La Rose

I said that i read both his dev. Team coach and Hunter had PRAISE for his hands. I was pointing out how i was surprised you said the opposite in your assessment. Hope that is clear now

Can you send me that article you read? Because his hands aren't that good.
