It’s a habit , not sure but I’m just use to using ketchup when anything is scrambled even in omelette shaped
I have to use some ketchup also pepper

Hmmmm, not to add to a burgeoning problem but what websites do you use? It’s a veritable minefield online so I’ve never really used any of them except direct from the distilleries of choice.@DayoftheGreek @prototypical4thliner

I just have a Shared Pour account because I've been in t8ke's (free) barrel program for years.
The actual buying is super easy. Everything is on a ranked choice system. You get an email every Saturday that has a big explanation of what's in this week's bottles with meaningful details. Here's this week's first bottle for example.
You fill out the survey with your ranked preference and they do a wave per day of people on each bottle based on your priorities. So you have 24 hours to check out. I get almost everything I want and I never have to stress anything. I've gotten everything from Found North Single Barrels to Rare Characters to Blue Note to Dickel 15 year Single Barrels and 20 year old Scotches.
The shipping is a royal pain in the ass. I've had orders finally ship 11 days after the tracking number was created. I've only had to email t8ke twice ever and both times he responded in under 15 minutes. It's run quite well on his end. The shipping is all done by SharedPour.
