Either I’m dropping this crap in your mailbox next time I pass through or I’m drain pouring it. Either is completely fine with me. I need the room.

You ever make a smoothie with a new combination of things and it just doesn’t go together at all? That’s what that is. It’s both sweet and vegetal in all the wrong ways.

I couldn't remember which one that was so I had to look it up. Eukanot and cashmere are two of the lamest hop varietals in the world, so im not surprised this isn't good. The only thing worse than these are cluster hops.

I authorize the appropriate destruction of these beers.

Thank you. I’m happy to know it’s not just me. I will make sure to avoid those two.

This is why I refuse to buy Other Half unless it’s for company. There are 97 random versions that are impossible to tell apart unless you know each hop. And then sometimes they’re just $6/can drain pours.

I encourage you to keep trying.

And then drop them off it it fails. You know the address.

This is a god tier cheesesteak.

Ever try the yellow sub? Cheesesteak was not bad but their wings were awesome

Have had. It's good. Their sandwiches are very good.

I didn't even look at the price for the pour. I'm out for a good night today so cost isn't a factor.

That was meant to say sixtel* but yeah. Maine beers generally ain't cheap on draft. I gotta go see my boy Raj and see what he can get.

I always wondered why a lot of Italian restaurants dont have Arancini on the menu when they are so tasty...

so decided to make them myself this week.

Now I understand! The time required is kind of ridiculous unless you cheat enormously and sacrifice the rice being perfect as a result. And if doing them properly need an egg wash, and ofc that starts getting expensive quickly if making en masse.

As have to chill the rice once has been soaked in your broth... for like half a day...
then once you form the balls with the filling inside the rice... you need to chill them basically overnight.

Started making these bastards on Friday and just about done now.

And then with the timespan needed means that only have one day to eat them before you are right up against food safety deadlines!

Doing a proper risotto alone is a challenge. Along with doing one, cooling to form into a ball and then going through a proper fry. Lot of technique involved.
