Prices have gone completely apeshit, so I'm doing my best at estimating here. Also tried to limit it to stuff I think PA carries. Balvenie Doublewood 12 should be $50. Apparently it's $74 at Total Wine now????

Speyburn 10 $30
Compass Box Glasgow Blend $35
Monkey Shoulder $40
Glennmorangie Original $35
Glenfidditch 12 also comes in a 375, which might be helpful since you're unsure.

If prices are appropriate then try these, but I am very concerned after seeing the Doublewood price:

Talisker 10 This stuff is downright briny.
Arran Sherry Cask
Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10
Bunnahabhain 12

Control states like PA also end up putting tasting sets out on Clearance sometimes, which is a nice way to try things.

I would read some tasting notes because there's huge variation here. I've seen Glasgow Blend described as "Band Aids and asparagus" by someone who liked it for example. It can get weird in a hurry.
@Chinatown88 even the best choccy milk is not this expensive

If the right drop down isn’t preselected, click it and choose collectibles.
I couldn’t imagine paying that much for whiskey/bourbon.

Of course there’s no reason to ever spend this kind of money. You can buy very good bottles of bourbon/whiskey/scotch/whatever well under $50. Hell, you can never break 60 and quite literally never run out of different good options no matter how long you live.

These in particular are inflated for charity purposes too. For example, Weller Millennium was $7,500 MSRP but you can find them for 6k or less. The BTAC set should be $150ish/bottle, but goes on secondary markets for ~5k for the set of 6.

Also, don’t ever pay secondary prices. I had 8 bottles of GTS (hardest one to get) when I sold my stuff and didn’t pay a penny over retail. Just develop relationships with good stores. You’ll get chase bottles.

Uh. Ex-squeeze-me?

Penalty on the play. Unnecessary flexing.

Those were sealed. These were opened. If you picked this up in 2013-14 like I did, this stuff was gettable in quantity. Pure luck I had a buddy into it.

I was sharing all of this stuff completely free up until I sold it. I stopped posting about it here because someone who no longer posts wrote 3 or 4 full paragraphs about how I was ignorant because I said the phrase "bourbon whiskey". Some people just can't be helped.

what did they do to the waffle fries?

I haven't gotten it in a few weeks but got it today and apparently HCette did too (two different towns).

I got mine and the fries were cold and what I would consider awful. They were also noticeably really hard. So I asked HCette how were fries were and she hit me with "HORRIBLE, they were hard."

So we both had similar experiences.

Sure enough after googling it they changed them like two weeks ago. Apparently coating the fries in corn starch to make them more crispy.

Hate it.*

*Maybe they'd be better if they were warm.
