Instant Pot White Chicken Chili
I’m hesitantly going to give that a shot somewhere in the future, I’m not a fan of beans other than green beans. The rare times I eat chili it’s bean-less

That chicken is god tier looking. Deets???

That looks damn good and the fact that you just throw the chicken in with everything else makes it a no brainer. Just one question old school pressure cookers were a potential bomb waiting to go off, I'm assuming the insta-pot has some safety features built in.

Yeah, the instapot is much safer than your traditional. We gave one to my cooking inept father in law and he hasn't managed to blow anything up yet. He did, however, let his Oatmeal explode all over his cabinetry, but that was user error, not machine issue.

Add additional chicken, take out some if the beans. You'll barely notice them. Honestly the chili "sauce" is mostly what you'll notice.

The wife made Bahn Mi again, I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called. I picked a few firecracker peppers to put on it, and one mystery pepper. The firecrackers are between 50k-100k scoville. They got a little kick to them!
@ellja3 any idea what the little orange guy second from left might be?
