El Heffe for lunch;
Double dragon tacos, 9th street empanada. Delicious as hell.

There’s no reason it should be sideways, so imma need you to just turn your head.

I made pepper steak and onion in my wok. Used Worcestershire and lemon in with all the other more traditional Asian sauce ingredients. Turned out fantastic. I made it as a way to use up peppers and onions cause my wife bought extra. The steak is actually the last one of those steak ums type cheesesteak things from Costco. Super quick and easy. I made cheesesteaks earlier and forgot to photograph

Are Birria tacos a new thing? I never heard of them until a few months ago and now I see them everywhere. A new taco place opened new me and Birria tacos are front and center. Of course I had to order some and they are delicious.

@Captain Dave Poulin a scrapple, egg, & cheese sandwich on a round roll is where it’s at.

Look at the slander in those comments. :shakehead:

Any of you sickos put maple syrup on your scrapple? Or is that a thing further away from Philly in Pennsylvania?

I’ll stick with Ketchup.

The only slander here is that scrapple is actually considered food.

1st time trying this, won't be the last.

Took some nan bread, cut into strips. Took some butter, threw it into frying pan until melted. Added the nan bread. Flipped them fairly quickly so both sides absorb butter. Kept flipping until bread was hot all the way thru. Placed on plate and doused with cinnamon sugar mixture we have.

Tastes just like a fresh, warm cinnamon sugar donut. 😋
