I don't know, my back completely exploded on my first rep of squats yesterday. At like 20% of my max weight too. Guess it was bound to happen lol, kinda happy it happened at 135 lbs isntead of 500.

Is there someone really good in baseball? I have a keeper pool where I need to keep someone between Teoscar Hernandez, Ian Happ and Charlie Blackmon.

I am not an expert, doing this pool for fun and to follow another sport... But right now, I want to keep Happ for the potential and for the position he is playing which is rarer.

I watched a lot of movies during the pandemic, and I had forgotten just how good Rocky 1 actually was. I know it won an Oscar, but for some reason I tend to re-watch Rocky 2, 3 and 4 more often, so the first fell through the cracks of my memory (except the main story). The angle shots in the streets of Philadelphia create an awesome ambiance.
