He got both, and either one prevents you from getting the chance you want to get and justifies a penalty shot. I mean, that was an obvious call.

Uh, based on what? The guy was in front of everyone, 1-0, and our guy interfered with his hands from behind, preventing him from having full control of the move he was trying to do. It's an absolute textbook penalty shot.

FWIW need to look at it again. My old eyes said he hit the stick and not the hands. But if hands you are of course right

LOL, he made contact. And even if he didn't, there's no reason to be waving your stick there and from most angles refs have, it'll look like you made contact even if you didn't and draw a call anyway.

There's no excuse for that play. It's the kind of dumbassery that nearly any coach will make you sit a shift or a dozen for.
