What are the veteran minimums for lineups in the preseason? Maybe they're saving him for tomorrow.

It's possible, but he hasn't been skating with his normal line for the last few practices and I think he may have missed one in the last week. I feel like it would be weird to ice literally our full NHL lineup right now outside of injured guys and just not have a healthy Granlund play.

My guess purely based on the lineups we've seen lately is that Granlund is questionable for opening night and Gushchin will be the guy who fills in the top-6 if he or Celebrini can't go.

IIRC 8 NHL players and/or 1st round picks.

Sharks are really past that minimum and now making final determination on opening roster.
