Tidy little 3-0 effort by the Comets on the road in Cleveland.

Pretty good hockey team those Utica Comets. Entertaining team.

Juolevi one of the 3 stars despite no points. Heard he had a solid defensive effort and was the difference maker on the PK. If he can get his skating back into form I think he'll be a well rounded player and a force to be reckoned with

Comets get on the board first with PP goal by David Pope at 3:30. Tookm a pass from Camper in the creae and just angled his stick for a tip into the open side. Great pass from Camper.

The Monsters tied it up with another SH goal against the Comets PP. This was not a good goal. It was a high shot over the glove from the top of the circle. Mac was on his knees the whole time. If he had stayed up until, the shot was released he makes a glove hand save.

Comets lead the AHL in SHGA with 12.

Monsters get another good scoring chance vs the same PP, but McIntyre stops this one in close.

Rafferty sends a pizza from the end boards directly onto a Monster stick aligned with McIntyre's right post and Mac makes a good stop on the 6 foot one timer.

For those who watch the comets. How is lind doing? With Woo, Pod, Hog seems like Lind is going under the radar a bit. I see his stats are good and same age as EP.

Any chance he makes the team in September?
