21M next 2 years ... see if we have to extend as well

30 years old

f*** yeah ... thats a needle mover

22 starter spots, we just upgraded our 1st spot

Edge and CB2 in FA .. and we good
He’s a Top 5 LT.

Wonder what the Texans are doing?

A little surprised they let Chinn walk. Thought he was a “Commander”.

Dyami should be on his knees for JD for the money he just got from the Jags. Life is crazy.

Peters trades for Deebo and Tunsil for JD <3 <3 <3

Ill have to see what we have left in cap space and draft picks

I am hoping the Chinn report was premature. Akin to the Milton dude from the Eagles — was going to Carolina and then didn’t

Not much in picks. Should be plenty in Cap Space

I think the Kinlaw deal is too much money but he does fit their profile a bit. Dude is a physical specimen (had a 9.56/10.00 RAS his draft year) and is still young with potential. Reminds me a bit of the Chinn signing to be honest.

One thing I like is AP knows he has to maximize the window with Jayden on a rookie deal and he's prioritizing building out the trenches. If Kinlaw can be coached up a bit and creates a strong rotation with Payne and Newton then it'll be all good.

Would be very surprised if we draft at either of our current spots (29 or 61). I think they trade down to acquire more top-100 picks this year and maybe an extra pick or two next week.
If possible, certainly. Seattle at 50/52 makes for some interesting fodder with our 29. I’d do that quickly.

Patriots also have like 38/79 (or something) for 29. I would do that as well.

I’m hoping some team wants to overdraft one of the lesser QBs (Dart/Milroe), and wants back in at 29 for the 5th yr option.

Yes we do
We have alot of ammo left for FAs. I would rather keep some picks at this point and not trade the high ones.

A 2026 2nd for Tunsil is amazing.

Trent was a 3rd and 5th. Tunsil ends up flipping a 25 3rd for a 4th, and 2nd and 4th in 26. They seem so close in value

Was Peters apart of both trades?

Tunsil is exactly the kind of deal you want to see, even if it costs.

Kinlaw is clearly a project and the opposite side of the coin.

To Houston: 2025 3rd (Miami's), 2025 7th, 2026 2nd, 2026 4th

To Washington: Tunsil, 2025 4th.

So net, we gave them a 2nd, a higher 3rd, a 4th and 7th for the player plus a 4th. They often say a pick next year is worth a round higher pick this year, so if these were all 2025 picks it could be looked at like two 3rds, a 5th and a 7th. Its not cheap to land an all pro LT, but he's also 30 and the question is how long can he sustain that level of play?

I like the idea of trading back and getting some picks back. Picks 20-90 are all close in rankings and we could see lots of trades.
