The first player from the 2023 "big 3" to hit 30 goals is Adamo Giuliano Fantilli

Really enjoyed watching Fantilli this year. Has an incredible shot and built some great chemistry with KJ. A dynamic duo like that seemed to be just what the Jackets needed moving forward.

This Caps fan says that kid is an absolute star. Reminds me of Jeremy Roenick type of impact.

You dont think it's debatable that Troy Terry or mactavish arent better than Johnson or Monahan? Just stop man.

You need to watch a game. Cherry picking stats is lazy. Fantilli is a force in all facets. Heavy physical skill with an elite shot. He scored with and without Marchenko down the stretch.

It is very debatable, believe it or not. Perhaps you should have taken your own advice and watched some CBJ.

CBJ were top 10 in goals per game and second in even strength goals per game. Werenski is going to finish second in Norris voting. Marchenko and KJ both took huge steps forward this year and outproduced the dudes you mentioned. Marchenko scored 74 points this season, MacTavish has 80 career points. KJ had more points and goals than Terry in 9 less games. Etc

Seems like he's going under the radar a bit. 30 goals, almost 60 points, only 2 PPG. Staring to play more physical. Put the team on his back this year when Monahan went down...can't even buy a beer yet.

I remember sliding down that draft when Chicago won the lotto and wanting to put my tv through the wall. Seems to have worked out for the best.
Who are the BIG 3 ?

Bedard, Fantilli and ???

So it's good and bad that players produce on Columbus? Wtf are we doing here. Lol.

Fantilli scores = carried by his teammates.

Player on his team scores = good player not carried by his teammate fantilli.

Watch the god damn player he is really good. If you just started following hockey and can't understand how elite and unique Fantillis skillset is i can't help you.

Mac has been good. Terry not so much.
This is just recency bias. Terry was good the first 60 games, then tailed off at the end as his 3rd liner partners turned back into pumpkins. McTavish was garbage until Cronin called him a 3rd liner, then finished strong, with his linemates also improving. Terry still had more points, with 1 less goal.

Ducks were lacking in both guys who can carry a line, and guys who properly complement the guys who try, and a coach who has the slightest clue how to properly use the parts he has.

Carlsson is excelling in spite of the team. All three kids are good, but different.

Fantilli was finally starting to click with Johnson but honestly he's been such an individual rush player. Lots of 1 and dones that did get better after he got time with Marchenko but he's such a quickstrike guy that doesn't create much offensive zone time. I wouldnt say he boosts teammates totals a ton or really relies on teammates for his offense because his skating, shot and goal scoring mentality are all A+ and that almost always option 1 in his mind.

He's so good for his age already with obvious areas to improve to become a pretty special player. This year he'll get an entire offseason to work and he's headed to Michigan to train with Werenski which can only be a positive

Nah i'll pile on the Terry hate - he's regressed big time. Way too much puck handling. Strome and Vatrano were bad but Terry overhandling completely throws his linemates off.

Good for Fantilli! Each of the big 3 are going to be forces!
