I've always been interested in food truck culture, being in Northern Alberta, I haven't been able to try any. The idea of doing what you love and being home by 4, and not needing to be open 12+ hrs a day, 360+ days a year sounds amazing.

It pretty cool, but these trucks usually don't just work the lunch crowd. Most set up outside of events in the evenings too. Plus it's gotta be hard to make a living when summer is only a few weeks.

I didn't even know they existed in Edmonton

Funny thing is watching Happy Endings I was wondering is there were any good ones around.
