Was Demko hit by a shot to the collarbone? Those can do damage, the only thing that sometimes works is if the shot catches the dangler, and Fleury is the only one wearing one now?

I guess no injury updates until after the Four Nations and the Canucks are back practicing.

You can only cross your fingers that after the long layoff, both Hughes and Demko are 100 percent healthy and raring to go for the stretch run.

I figure the Canucks need to win at least 15 of their remaining 26 games.....and they're going to need both guys to have much chance.

Hope you don't mind me stopping by and saying but,

I f***in' miss Eddy Punch Clock. Now's the time we needed him more than ever and I wish he was around to see what's been happening. He'd have a good chuckle, tell ya man. We all have an EPC in our lives at some point...mine was my grandpa who passed away when I was 7. Not the smartest man, but he was incredibly humble, and he gave great advice.

I'll play a game with ya that he played with me, so I'd like to honour his memory this way...can anyone tell me what my user is referencing? You're either an avy changer or a name changer, I'm an avy changer. I don't really feel like I picked my name, it chose me. That's why I haven't bothered changing it. It's not a great persona...but as they say "at least its an ethos".
