8 weeks is survivable.

As much as they're going to miss Hronek, I'm just relieved it's 8 weeks and not season ending, as long as he can return healthy and with minimal risk of re-injury.

I think we should never question the idea that this management group will let an injured player play despite being injured.
Yep, I wonder if the league will become more like the NBA where you see stars get like load management

Canucks Injuries
- Broke his silence on the Canucks because he is trying to do the right thing
- Not a lot of information on the injuries so he asked around to get what information he could
- Was told the Hughes & Pettersson injuries are not considered serious
- Got a text from someone that said “Does week-to-week qualify as not serious?”
- With Hughes, thinks this is more about caution
- Looking back at the Demko injury, was a bad idea of the media to put timelines on his return
- Doesn’t get a sense of a tonne of worry that this is going to be a long-term injury
- Believes in this time of tribulation, they will find out who the Canucks can rely on
- Some people may not be capable of taking the opportunity
- Will be interesting to see who steps up
