I meant Cirelli most likely, although if he's back, then sure, Duke can't be worse than Sheary or Atkinson, right?

I'd be very surprised if he sticks around at this point. It's not as if he's forced himself into the lineup by being that good in the AHL, our depth just sucks so bad that we might as well try something.

For some reason no one is scoring in Syracuse.

What I like about Duke is he’s a tenacious player, hard to miss him on the ice. Does a lot of things you want out of a bottom 6 player, being a pest, forechecking, jerk in front of the net. Points may not come but look at our squad

Probably the latter. We have spent a good 10 years of our front office and coaching staff doing mental gymnastics justifying the Morrow's and Kuntiz's of our lineup while our prospects do 2 full seasons in Syracuse before we even consider bringing them up.

The difference is we have like 5 regulars who are "that bad" instead of 1 or 2 in year's past like those guys or someone who was usually at least good defensively like a Callahan.

He has a skillset that I feel like would work with more talented linemates. Just have him sit in front of the net and have the more skilled players get him the puck. Not too sure about him as a 4th liner
