Why are you sure he will never become one?

Not saying he won’t become one, but right now he isn’t really one. Unless you want to include him in the “big tent” of prospects that are eligible in 2023. The Austrian U18 and U20 leagues are weak and this has been an above average weak year for them cus of covid. Maybe Clara becomes an NHL goalie one day. But there is plenty of 16 year old goalies from better leagues putting up better numbers. I wish him the best in his development though. I’m sure this is a great experience for him!

The greatest advantage he has over many other goalies is his height.

He is right. Damian Clara is legit. I seen him play.
