50/50 he even plays, might have been sitting on the bench with Nuke suspended. Some players let their fire go a bit too far sometimes... Though it sure would've been nice to have him over Jost, JTC, Johansen, Mittelstadt, Nelson, Newhook and god knows who else the Avs tried at 2C.

Meh. Im not in a hurry to give props to a guy who was constantly suspended, was very lucky to not be suspended the cup year, and couldnt wait to immediately bend over and fellate himself in his post cup interview.

With what cap space? I mean sure if he were "free" why not, but you could say that about any player.

Reality is he held out weeks into free agency to wait for a team dumb enough to give him this bloated contract, which now only doesnt look terrible because of the skyrocketing cap.

And as the other poster above says, who's to say he doesnt get suspended yet again? Hard to argue he's learned any kind of lesson because he really shouldve been suspended at least a game for the Binnington hit the cup year
