The Good:

Quality defensive play to start the game and carried throughout. Dallas was never close, didn't have many if any dangerous chances.
The powerplay thing keeps working.
Marco freakin' Scandella making fancy with the stretch passes and smart with the d-zone plays.
Vladdie's backhand pass.
Reinhart off the knob to open the game, gets it back later with that bomb.
Risto's reverse hit on Benn rocked him.
LOG rolled downhill early, established the cycle and made Dallas work to get up the ice.
5-0-1 is a tasty, tasty start to the season.
Scoring balance - 2 from the top line, 2 from the second line.
Hutton with the shutout.

Coaching.

I am almost filled with tears of joy to see this team coached properly. Its truly amazing.

Yeah everyone was good. Sobotka sucked for 2 periods but he played a role in goals 3 & 4

If Mittelstadt had a heavier shot he'd be a lot more dangerous. I liked that he was finding ways to get to the middle of the ice today. L3 with probably their best game of the year by far.

Other notable performances: Dahlin was a stud, Risto was a beast, Jokiharju continues to impress, Olofsson's best 5v5 performance, Vesey looked useful

I think this one of those games where you can say they played a full 60 minutes

-Imagine if you will, a game where Risto and Scandella didnt have good games, they had EXCELLENT games. Bravo.
-Dont have matchup details but Jack owned Benn and Seguin at least defensively
-Hutton was great, best team D game in years
