I just read Lisa Dillman's interview with Dean Lombardi about the Mike Richards situation. Put the loss in perspective. There's a lot of heart and deep caring in this team, from the general manager on down. They'll figure it out.

Ditto. Love this team and hate seeing them have such poor results.

You should read that interview with Lombardi and then get back to us. Not even remotely close. One player still cares and works his ass off, the other has a drug problem and just got terminated.

Honestly, it's one of the things I really don't like about Lombardi (the GM, not the person). I think he becomes attached and it clouds his judgement
