Who is the toughest team to deal with? Should the NHL have a play-in round? We polled 19 agents, who represent hundreds of players.

Expansion: Overwhelmingly yes (vote was 18-1)

Top expansion markets: Houston (landslide), Arizona, Atlanta, Toronto 2

Adding games/post season play-in tournament: Overwhelmingly no, but some like the play-in idea.

Maybe, if there are $1B+ reasons given to the two franchises that would be impacted with territory infringement (TML Buffalo)

Toronto 2 becomes more likely if someone is willing to build a barn and pay indemnity. Even then, it will never happen if the league's owners doesn't want it to.
