The All Encompassing All Consuming All Burgeoning All Lane Hutson Rookie Defenseman Milestones Records Watch

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
HF has a lot of posters who don't watch the games eh......
The kid is having a heck of a season, and some fans don't seem to be handling it very well
Every team passed on him twice.........hence the salt.
A couple of teams only passed on him once , Montreal passed on him three times , Chicago five  .

Names he's ahead of in ppg during his rookie season. So impressive.

Hutson is fantastic. He will win the Calder. As his defensive game improves will his risk of injury increase?
Good question, I personally don't think so. He'll never be some elite net-front guy but he's started taking much better angles against the rush and in the corners and has been stealing a lot of pucks through a combination of high hockey IQ and stick work.

It's definitely best to pair him with a big, defensively minded, smooth skating dman like Struble now or Reinbacher in the future.

He only gets points because of his teammates and he’s actually on the ice for far more goals against than the statistics show. I just think there are better choices for the award . I don’t think we should reward players like him
Lol what the hell does this even mean.

Seamus Casey has as many goals in 10 games...

Ease up their Habs fans, as some of you know I am A Lane Hutson superfan. Kid is an electric factory and I do think he is going to get the Calder this year.

Sheldon Souray has the Habs record for goals in a season by a dman. Most habs fans back then would've taken Markov over him.

Just like Getzlaf or Thornton, useless players only waiting for a teammate to reach their spot so they can steal an assist from the play amirite?

2 more assists for him so far

From 49 points to 51 points...leapfrogs Seider and Makar who each finished with 50 points in their rookie seasons.
Tied for 4th in scoring among defensemen in the NHL, just insane

Kid is going to put up 90 points playing with Ivan Demidov
