and if CBJ were to blow it up, Jarmo would probably be among the first to know.

The way he worded it was confusing but I assume Kulich would still be in the trade package. 1st + Kulich + McLeod is what I’m thinking he meant.

I get that the offseason is just getting started but trading out a center in McLeod for an offense-only winger doesn't seem like the path to progress. The position is already weak/reliant on youth. If it's part of a series of moves to revamp the position, OK I guess. Still not really enticed by Knies.

if they deal McLeod in a Knies deal, I would assume that means they are bringing in Trocheck. Or that he has a deal for a center in place.

Of course, that also implies "Half wrong".....which implies that it is indeed a 4 piece deal. And if we're not including 4 OA........it's gotta include Ostlund or Helenius.

By the way, say what you will about Brandon Carlo, but at least he doesn't have the worst, or second worst xG differential on the Leafs. Knies does. But Carlo only has the third worst expected goal differential in the team.
