So does this draft have any potential franchise-changers a la Celebrini, or did the Sabres wait until another garbage draft to suck out loud again?

We’re at top 6 at least I believe right now
Right now, only three teams in the league (SJ, Chi, & NSH) have a worse P% than the Sabres. And only Chicago & Nashville have fewer points than the Sabres.

But the Sabres will go on a run in March and end up in the 10-12 range. "We showed what we can do. We're a young team and just need to start next season on the right foot. This is the most important offseason of our careers."

No more D prospects, Gm/Ownership doesn't insulate them with veteran partners to grow. Just give me the best forward available and keep stacking them. Also don't trade the new top forwards for 3rd liners and a bag of pucks. The main reason this team is in trouble is the terrible returns GMKA got for Samson and Jack and he should not be allowed to move any other players.

What about Misa? What is his potential, who is his NHL player like in terms of style, will he be a center at the NHL level?

Hagens, Frondell, Misa all kinda sorta. I'm not sure any of them are a real 1C in the terms of elite 1C's. *shrug* Still early. Ryabkin is a wildcard. Frondell is tiny.
Not a can't-miss 1C like Berard, Celebrini, Hughes, Eichel, Barkov among them.

It's revolting that we'll be itt for the next 6 months groveling over players who *might* be useful in 2-3 years, again, when the Sabres have the youngest roster in the league, again, and it's killing them, again.
