Following that analogy -- I'd give the guy just enough slack to indict himself. Have him explain the situation and watch. If it goes well, fine. If it goes poorly.....buh byeThey REALLY shouldn't let Kevyn do a damn thing.
If I had a worker that was doing a terrible job and was thinking of letting them go and they told me "they had a great idea" but needed to borrow my biggest and most expensive piece of equipment, what would my answer be?
