The developers or the players? If it's the former than yeah. You can develop a so so player into a capable player but our development team hasn't really been able to do that other than with Tage.

Zucker will be gone at the deadline probably for a 2nd or 3rd. I could see Tuch and Greenway in the traded in the offseason thats it.

Like so many things the Sabres have done during their drought, focusing on the 4th line was something a good team does to get over the top but a bad team does rather than actually get better

There are some well known shortcomings in the roster, but there's no way they should be 2 points from last in the entire league 32 games into the season.

• Consider if Dahlin should have the C next year, hopefully we are bringing in legit veterans - Well, Dahlin not problem, he is the solution, they can't win a single game without him, even that period with AVS. I don't think he is a bad captain, but it's probably up to the coach or whoever appoints the captain to decide.
