It's a busy prospect night. Abbotsford plays Calgary. Over in the OHL, all three Canucks prospects are in action (Im losing hope for all of them, but I'm fickle, so if they turn it around ...). Alcos and Mynio go head to head for the second night in a row in the WHL battle of Alberta (they were both pointless last night).

Somebody else can do the NCAA update.

Riley Patterson another assist , yeah they got better players but he is producing .

Romani is not , so I’m optimistic again that Patterson can have a shot to get a contract again with the way he’s playing

He's had a few power-play assists in the last couple of games. It's still not very promising.

Alriksson, meanwhile, is pointless again.

The OHL prospects are busting.

The likelihood of having decent prospects, they are going to have to pick in the first two rounds of the draft. Just tossed away their 3rd round pick from last season. Their failure to draft is costing them double because whatever prospects they have go away in trades. Back to the Gillis days of no future and no present. That led the team into the Benning days, which the Benning days were maybe the best and worst periods in the teams history.

willander was on the ice for six goals in bu's 7-2 win over new hampshire. four for, two against. he also picked up 2 assists one of which was actually a pretty impressive pass. his best game in january imo
Guys a stud.

All the attention is on the trades, obviously, but it was a dispiriting night for Canucks prospects. Lekkerimaki was out for the second game in a row, and Abbotsford got thumped. The three OHL prospects totalled one point, Patterson's power-play assist. Mynio was pointless in Calgary's 5-2 win over Edmonton. Alcos was out of the line-up for Edmonton.

Good thing that Willander got those two assists. Any other NCAA cheer?

Weren’t you commenting the other day about how few points he had this season?
That is correct. 4 points in 20 games I believe it was. He was still higher on the Canucks prospect list that were projectable NHLers. Which is really sad. Lol.
