Granted, that song was no so great, but I appreciated the attempt to bring some of soccer culture (a rousing sing-along), to the arena.

I recall a game a couple of years back when an LA Galaxy fan club turned out and occupied what seemed an entire corner section up in the 300s. They started singing and chanting before the puck drop and kept it up throughout, although they faded a bit as the home team fell further and further back on the scoreboard.

It was nice. (Except for the loss.)

The beginning of that song is so rock. That is rock n roll in a nut shell. Simple bluesy riff with a wailing lead and a guy pounding on the drums.
