During their time together, Selanne outproduced Kariya in 1996-97 (109 to 99) and in 1998-99 also outpaced him (107 and 1.43 to 101 and 1.23)
Kariya marginally outpaced Selanne in 1996 by a 0.03 difference playing less games and outproduced / outpaced Selanne in 1990-00 (86 and 1.16 to 86 and 1.08) in addition to the season Selanne was traded from winnipeg. Kariya was injured for the majority of 1997-98 only playing 22 games with a 1.42 PPG while Selanne had his weakest point finish as a duck from 1995-00 with 86 points but 3rd in PPG (1.18)
A few other things to consider.
Selanne joined the ducks late into the season in 1995-96 with a noticeable drop in PPG despite the smaller sample size after producing 72 points in 51 games with Winnipeg (1.41 to 1.29) presumably needing time to acclimate in his new environment. Comparatively, Kariya was already in his second season with the ducks at the time with 108 points (Though Selanne did outpace him in the season if you include his time in winnipeg). However, it is worth mentioning that Kariya was coming off his rookie season while Selanne had already established himself as an elite offensive player. A 4 year age gap between the two players.
