I think the translation is a bit off there. He says that during the day as he was thinking about how it was going to be his last game, he thought it would never end. But it can be interpreted that way.

Chris Pronger and Selanne have had a rivalry forever. Kinda like Forsberg and Derian Hatcher

I'd guess the Stanley Cup they won together mended their rivalry a bit.

As we all know, Teemu retired from the Lion jersey and retires from NHL after this season. He's one of Finland's finest and I know many people respect him all over the world. So there's a Facebook page dedicated to his retirement: https://www.facebook.com/kiitosteemu?fref=ts
