The starting roster is pretty much settled, leaving us to choose some honorable mentions (Scratches) for the TOTD. Please pick two and the top two choices will go in.

Below are the NYR player stats for the decade... (Note, the second half of the 09-10 season is not included in these stats, unfortunately)

Exact same. To me, Fast has played a ton of games for us and been pretty consistently one of our top two penalty killers.

I was a little torn between he and Brian Boyle though. Boyle also had a really big defensive impact.

I feel like Fast stands little chance, but he has been such a solid, dependable player for a long time. He often played above his head. Was asked to do things he couldn't do. But he comes out every night and plays hard, sound hockey.

MSL played here for a season and a quarter. I know the cutoff was lower but I can;t seriously consider a guy that didn't even play 100 games.

And he was an unmitigated disaster after his knee injury in 14-15.

I just picture that 5-on-3 against Tampa where he and Boyle were playing the point and gave up a shorthanded breakaway goal. Nightmare.
