I hate that. Just a dumb move. How can you build a brand when you don't have a brand? Any of the options in the bracket are better than nothing. We're going to be mocked for this and fully deserve it.

Edit: Hopefully, at the least, the name is selected and it's just needing more time to figure out a logo. This can be acceptable if we're the Utah Yeti (or whatever name) and the jersey just says Utah. But we still have an actual name.

Out of those, only Stags wouldn’t have local team name issues. Still, I’m not upset about the caribou.

In fairness on the PWHL, it works for them because the entire league is doing it this season. Utah doing it for an entire year is silly, I agree.
