I wonder if Draisaitl is injured or something. Keeps making mistakes, hasn‘t been the force and leader I expected.

I doubt anyone would come to WC with an injury. Probably just the rust from not playing few months.

I doubt it too but just a thought since he has not been anywhere near his normal level.

The good news is that Grubauer just finished his first practise with the team.

Very happy with these lineup adjustments!!

Hager's line kept together.
Tiffels back with Drai, and Kahún on the wing with a superior centre, which is a role that suits him well in Chicago.
Plachta-Michaelis-Eisenschmid a new line which could well work.
And Mauer where he works best for the team - in the bottom six.

On the defense it's good to see Schopper benched and Jonas Müller take his place... Schopper takes too many penalties, and is overall the weakest defender on the team.

He's a good guy and a decent DEL defenseman, but he never should have made the team over guys like Weber or Sezemsky.
