Team Canada has an aging core that is centered around the 03-06 draft with a lot of players that are 30 and over such as Weber, Perry, Getzlaf, Bergeron, Bouwmeester, Thornton, Burns and many other players are in their late 20s.
Although we should have no concern over guys like Stamkos, Tavares, Crosby, Pietrangelo, etc. in terms of their age, many of the guys mentioned previously were integral pieces to many of Canada's golden age since 2010. They can still compete for gold but do you think that Canada will be AS dominant as they have been since 2014 with these guys soon on their way out or, at the least, in a declining stage by 2020?
