In that position I’m taking Danielson or Dvoraki, and be happy with either

Dvorsky or Moore for me. Dvorsky a bit thicker at present. Maybe not quite as toolsy as Moore but a bit more able to dial it in nonetheless. Can't go wrong with either at a position of importance.

I went with Moore with Dvorsky my runner up but honestly this is worst case for me in the draft with both Michkov and Benson gone. Those are the two guys I really covet.

Caps will take BPA at their pick I believe. I don't see Moore in any situation being the BPA in their eyes this early.

If the worst case scenario is the Caps ending up with Dvorsky that just highlights how good their position is. I'm relying on what others have written rather than any personal viewings, but it seems to me like there's a top 5 of Bedard, Fantili, Carlsson, Michkov, and Smith, followed by a next 3 of Leonard, Benson, and Dvorsky, so whatever happens the Caps get one of those top tier guys.
