Wouldn’t be mad with Artamonov here but I’d easily take Freij over him.

I just can't look past how good Artamonov's DY numbers are.

Freij would be a nice, need-fitting nice consolation prize though.

Freij or Artamonov for me. I’ll flip a coin. If this was the real draft I’d have a lot of hope in our future D corps: Parekh, Bonk, Freij, and young NHL’ers like Drysdale and York. Artamonov would add some much needed skill to our forward prospect group though. He also has that Russian factor so Michkov doesn’t experience too much culture shock. Either one with Parekh at 12 would be an amazing first round
