Kinda boring selection tbh,

I think its looks alright, now with Eklund Aspe and Roynezon as adds. I miss Andersson Jöhnk tho. Will be interesting to see how this age group performs at Hlinka and the U18 season and if some guys have a strong development growth. Seems like Sundström is the only possible lock as a first rounder right now, maybe Johnsson too. Much can and will change

i wouldnt rule out sundstrom to the u18s.. him being picked to this team could be insurance if rosens u18 roster is still undecided.

W5-1 against slovakia..

i know i go on about milan all the time, but man, he is sharp.
he played with eklund-aspe who looked okay. probably could have had 2-3 goals. maybe against swiss he can center his own line.
douglas was really good.

Not happy with the defence. Only Törnqvist and Johnsson should be in the Hlinka squad. Everyone else is below international standard lol. Helte and Isaksson would be an upgrade on everyone bar Johnsson

roynezon has kept up, but i dont know what answer to what question we are getting with these lines(?)

rather would have seen, a sundstrom-spelkvist duo if youre dipping into the cookie jar with 2010s, and then brought the entire DIF-line for evaluation.

i can see dorians upside early in his shifts, but lacking stamina. short shifting. hopefully he gets help with that over the summer. ima believer. im also a believer in nystrom and kalldin.

The 2009's are definitely a weaker age group. But they have top talent in Sundström and Douglas Johnsson. If DEA develops in the right direction and if they can add a few of the top 2010-born talent, they have a fair chance of repeating this years gold.

im super excited for this group to prove themselves. also putting pressure on Pananen to pick the best players. make use of the potential center depth and size.
