Jesus Christ... really would have thought Bjork would come at 50% at that price.
Don't think retention details have finalized? Don't they usually come later?

We are a much better team than we were 10 minutes ago. 2030 can go fxxx itself.Crazy. Tampa going all in. One of these seasons they are going to implode and someone is getting a top 10 pick from them. Can’t say they aren’t aggressive and successful though.
More than well. They cleaned up.Bjorkstrand is a full on two way stud. Tampa did WELL here.
According to PuckPedia, TB has 5.7 million in cap spaceDo we even have the cap to do this without retention? I was under the impression we didn't.

This is actually true, yeah. If Yanni is a shell of himself, it's still an okay trade. If he is anywhere close to Cup Years Yanni (85%?), this is a great trade for us.Gave up a lot but got potentially a lot depending how Yanni does

Winners win, and losers collect picks and pray they become something.Brisebois really hates his draft picks. Amazing.
Its gunna be another year of the state of Florida making the eastern conference look way better than it really isLet’s give a little love for them
But seriously I can’t see how a Stanley Cup finalist comes from metro this season
Tampa and Florida are proven top tier teams
total homerun for Tampa here.
I see no reason why we shouldn't be targeting 28-33 year Olds. Older if they're still productive. The reality is our window is basically as long as Hedman holds up. And the next generation Lightning core has a very, very small chance of being as good as this one, no matter how many picks we have. So we have to juice this core for everything it's worthBrisebois really hates his draft picks. Amazing.

Good return. Yes. A lot of us were hoping to get someone ready to plug in to the roster within the next couple of years. This does not align with the competitiveness talk from ownership/management. However, that does not mean the value is not there.I don't follow Seattle at all but I'd probably like this kind of return if I were a Kraken fan. Seems like a good trade for both sides in that regard.
Seattle fans can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
