I think the Pens could concoct a pesky fourth line that can eat defensive zone responsibilities next year with some combo of Lizotte, Ponomarev, Poulin, and Hallander.

And you could do a possession-based third line with some skill with a combo of Hayes, Broz, McGroarty, and Koivunen. It's not going to win speed competitions but there is a mix of size and hands there.

Keep 14 forwards next year, load up on the top six, and let the hungry young guys play around Lizotte and Hayes.
