Weird how he’s probably going to finish his career with 600 goals and 1300 points, yet we can barely manage to muster up the energy needed to stifle a yawn.

Kind of surprised the list is that short. There’s a few guys who I would have figured had done it but were in the 150+ range with a second team. Still doesn’t feel like Tavares has been in TO 7 years now. The last 5 years have blown by.
I thought Selänne would have been closer, but he "only" scored 147 for Winnipeg.

Yea he was one of the first guys I looked at. I knew he had an injury and then a lockout half-season after his rookie year but I was surprised almost half his goals for them were from just that first year.

I don't understand why folks think this is significant. It may be unusual, but is it really an accomplishment? Is this more significant than playing on a single team and scoring 400 goals?

and will be the only player of the 5 to not win a Cup.bank it,

Wow, really going out on a limb there considering he's 34 ...
Though, sadly, I do agree with your point.

On a related note but on the positive side, at 34 he's playing some of his best hockey. Maybe the secret all along was not having him be the captain?

I know the odds are not as good as they used to be, but I think JT has as good of a chance as Keith Tkachuck at winning a cup of coffee at Tim's.

The real question is whether they will be 4-bangers and how many donuts/timbits he will get with them.

Brady Tkachuk could also join this list

Needs 22Gs in 48 games this year to hit 200 with Sens

If he gets moved in the summer he would need 200 over next 7-8 years with his new team if he stays there and is healthy should be done

Matt Tkachuk misses with 152Gs as a Flame and should have 200+ as a panther by time his current deal ends

kaprizov if he walks from the wild is another option as hell have 200Gs likely by end of this year and should get 200+ with a potentially new team if he walks/is traded

Auston Matthews is another good choice.

If, like Brady Tkachuk, he wants a change of scenery because of a lack of playoff success, he could easily put up 200 in another market in relatively few seasons.

Bad choice since hes signed for 3 more years after this, cant stay healthy and isnt likely to be dealt for at 13.25M while hes a borderline cap dump at the moment/has limited value due to concerns over his physicals and makes way to much money if he isnt healthy.

Tkachuk's future likely rests on this season. If he and Sens make the playoffs they should be set moving forward to be a regular playoff team and try to contend with Tkachuk at a good dollar value deal

If they cant make it then hes likely put on the block as Sens consider a major retool
