as a canuck fan i will wait for an impartial take on it, but it looks suspension worthy to me. just a really dumb obvious late high blind side hit like out of a ref textbook. hard to make any excuse for it other than the guy is bad at hockey.

being the nhl they will wait and see how badly hurt boeser is.

probably shouldn't be admiring your pass going east-west across the neutral zone but i think 5 and a game is probably the right call

it's a little late, a little high, a little not enough chest contact.. adds up to that

LMAO.

That is literally the most egregious late blindside hit you'll ever see.

It doesn't matter if he was 'admiring his pass'. You haven't even remotely been able to hit a player like that, from that direction and angle, in this league for about 12 years now.

And it's by a 4th line plug with 1 goal on an All-Star.

Lol with the victim blaming. He had his head up and was focused on the play.

You don't expect a guy to come from behind your line of vision and throw a headshot on you.

nasty clip of the head. Guys have to keep their heads up. It’s a tough league. Always be prepared to get clipped. 5-10 game suspension.

Give your mullet a shake. He targeted the head and he came halfway across the ice to deliver a late hit. 6-8 games for the path he took to try and separate Boeser's head from his shoulders. Nice respect for a fellow union member. Guy is a scrub.

Admiring one’s pass corresponds to an attacking player usually

Boeser is skating back into his own zone and passing the puck towards his own net after the puck pops onto his stick.
