I'm looking at Buchy's skates. They cut an arc pointing AWAY from the goalie. If his skates are tracking towards the goalie I would agree with you. Dumba gets his right leg behind him and is pushing.

Regardless of Buch's skates, Dumba was already moving forward and simply could not stop. Buch made an effort to stop, contrary to Lundqvist's view.
