Yes we’re putting pucks in the net. But the other team is doing it right after us every time. So for me for example I have no idea if I want us to win or lose, this is great, getting the hope up both ways.

I mean Washington leads the NHL in man games lost this season, down Backstrom, Wilson all season, missing Oshie and Orlov most of the season. Those are the injuries I'm aware of of the top of my head.

That's their 1C, their 2nd and 3rd best wingers, in addition to their #2 Dman.

Plus, after jettisoning both Vanecek and Samsonov in the off-season...

I mean, that's NHL average from your starter and bad from your backup.

Binnington 8-9-0 89.5 SV% and 3.27 GAA
Greiss 2-3-2 90.7 SV% and 3.57 GAA

Looks pretty similar in terms of goaltending stats to us as a side note.
